Empress Custom Tailors will charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed; they reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order at their discretion.
As our online store does not provide real time stock availability, there may be occasions where fabrics may not be in stock and in these circumstances, they will suggest similar alternatives.

Typical delivery time is between 4-6 weeks and can be delayed up to 8 weeks depending on the workload and tailor.
